Earth Child™ was born from a passion for crystals. It began trading in November 2001 after it was established by Matthew Holmes.

Earth Child is located in Thatcham in the United Kingdom but we happily ship world wide. We have had customers from the USA as well as Europe, and even as far as Australia! Our contact details are:

Kennet Chiropractic Ltd has taken over the running of the Earth Child™, though Matthew is still involved as the Managing Director. The company's registered office is Holborn House, Newham Road, Truro, Cornwall TR1 2DP, United Kingdom.

Matthew has been involved with metaphysics and personal growth for over 13 years. During that time he has worked extensively with Lazaris's material and has attended several of his seminars. He hopes to share his passion for crystals with you.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Prices shown in the catalogue in US dollars are intended as a guide only. Exact amounts will depend on the exchange rate used by the credit card company at the time of payment processing.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Please select a shipping option from the selection provided. We recommend that you always select insured services as goods cease to be the responsibility of Earth Child™ once they have left our warehouse.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you in five business days . International orders are generally received in under ten days.

Back Orders
A each of Earth Child's™ crystals are unique we do not have a backorder system for crystals. For the Lazaris material or accessories we will contact you via e-mail if it is necessary to backorder your items. You may cancel your order if you do not wish to wait for the item.

Tax Charges
Earth Child™ is currently not VAT registered therefore orders do not have sales tax added to them. Orders from outside the European Union may have taxes or import duties to pay when the goods are brought into their respective countries. The customer is responsible for any such charges.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any unwanted goods to us within seven days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure the goods are returned as sold. Should you wish to return any item please write, fax or e-mail using the details under "About Us". The customer is responsible for the cost of any return postage. We recommend you insure the products for their return as they become our responsibility only upon receipt at our warehouse. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage should you need to claim from the postage company. Any monies owing to you will be refunded within 30days, minus any outstanding return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, please contact us on the details in "About Us" and we will arrange collection of the faulty goods and forward a replacement at our expense. If a refund is desired we will forward a refund including postage costs incurred by you to you within 30 days. Please try the goods as soon as possible after receipt to ensure they are in working order. We normally ask that you notify us within seven days of receipt of goods if they are faulty.

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about our service, please contact us on the details under "About Us". We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days, giving you details on how long we think it is likely to take to deal with your complaint. We will keep you informed as the matter is dealt with.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for two reason: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with best possible service now and in the future.

We normally place your e-mail address on our mailing list to receive newsletters about our latest crystals on offer. If you would prefer not to be on this list please contact us on nomail@earthchild.biz. Each of our mailings will also give you the option of unsubscribing from the newsletter. We will not divulge your details to third parties unless this is required to process payment/purchases or where we may be required to do so by law.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete it or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, the law and the Which? Web Trader Code. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
